If you are not the credit card holder, please contact Room Reservations for details on our credit card policy. If you are paying with a credit card, you must present the credit card at check-in unless a previously arranged third party credit card authorization is completed for the booking. The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation will be required upon arrival to register.

At hotel check-in, each assigned guest will be required to provide valid state or federal issued photo ID. Only the guest assigned to the room is permitted to check into the room. A valid state or federal issued photo ID must be presented upon check in.
